Vidhya Anand is a writer, journalist and poet from Chennai currently based in Cincinnati.
She consults for an independent magazine Inframe as a passion project. Vidhya works as a product manager and is also an art docent at the Taft Museum of Art, a 200-year old house and national historic landmark. Her work has appeared in publications such as JFW (Just for Women), Club Class, Brew Lifestyle, Inframe and elsewhere. Her poems have garnered recognition in journals such as Rigorous and shortlisted for inclusion in the Poetry in Pamphlets series by Verse of Silence literary magazine judged by poet Harnidh Kaur.
Vidhya earned her Bachelor's in Visual Communication, specializing in journalism and scriptwriting, with her general studies focused on cinema, art, and filmmaking from
one of India’s leading art schools, Loyola College, University of Madras. Her graduate education was in business with an independent study in journalism from Carl H. Lindner College of Business, University of Cincinnati.
